Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard UPS Ground
UPS Second Day
UPS Overnite

Returns

We insure the quality of every item sold. Defective merchandise may be returned for repairs, exchanged for a different style or store credit within 30 days of the shipment of the order.


All items can be returned via US Postal Service to the following address:

How to Return an Item:

* Return the order invoice (a copy will do). If you do not have it, include the order number and the name of the person who placed the order.

* Please tell us the reason for the return. If you want to exchange an item, include a check or money order for the return shipping to you. This amount should equal the amount that was paid originally for shipping.

* Please also include a telephone number or an email address in case we have to contact you regarding the order.

* Returns should be packaged in a manner that protects the item. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary. Priority Mail envelopes and boxes are available from U.S. Post Offices and are free of charge.

Q: What is Paypal? How do I use it?
A: Paypal is becoming a very popular way to do business on the Internet. The reason being that the only people who will have your credit card or bank account information is Paypal. With PayPal, you can send money to anyone with an email address by simply signing up and logging into your account at www.PayPal.com. Your order will be processed once we are notified that your payment has cleared.

Q: What other shipping options do I have?
A: If you would like to recieve your order faster than using our typical First-Class shipping method, we provide several options to choose from. In the U.S. you can choose from U.S. Priority Mail and U.S Express Mail, as well as various UPS shipping options. Please notify us of your shiping preference and we will ship it according to your wishes. However, if you do choose another shipping option we may contact you about addition shipping fees.

Please Note: We do not ship COD. For larger orders, we often attach insurance or request delivery confirmation.

IMPORTANT: UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Q: How do Custom Orders/Special Requests work?
A: You can submit a request for a custom order using the form on the contact us page, or by submitting an email to iCandyoriginals@gmail.com. In order to maximize your satisfaction with the finished product, please be as detailed as possible in your description of your request, if you have a picture or drawing please send that as well.

We will then process your request, and invoice you based on item availability and the difficulty of your request. We will then bill you using paypal. Before shipping out the finished product we will submit a photograph to you for you approval, and make whatever changes you might deem necessary. When you are satisfied with the project we will then ship it to you.

Note: Since your satisfaction is important to us we will work with you to ensure we make exactly what you desire. However, should you wish to cancel your custom order we will refund your money less the cost of any supplies specifically purchased for your order.

Q: I want to purchase something I saw on the custom orders page, how do I do that?
A: You may contact us via email at icandyoriginals@gmail.com or by using the form on our contact us page. The procedure will be similar to that of placing a custom order.

Q: Why can't I find an item that I had found before on your website?
A: If you can't find a particular item that you had found before on our website, that means it has been discontinued. Items are usually discontinued because of availability or quality issues, so we will probably not be carrying the item anytime soon.

Q: I’ve suggested products I would like to see you carry; what happened to my suggestion?
A: Your suggestion was heard loud and clear. Every product suggestion we get is notated in a suggestions log, for further consideration. However, only actual orders will be honored in a speedy fashion.

Q: Do you drop-ship?
A: iCandy Originals does not accept drop-ship orders of any kind. If a customer is found to be using our services for drop-shipping to a third party, we will cancel the order and subsequent orders will not be processed. An example of this would be the sale of our product on Ebay, with iCandy Originals shipping to the winning bidder. These orders will be cancelled.
